Achieving Age Equality in Health and Social Care Toolkit

This freely available, web based resource is designed to help health and social care communities work together, including older people, to audit local services to determine the extent to which they are “age equal”. It also includes ideas and guidance for translating the results of your audit into affordable action plans to address any discrimination identified.
