Inclusion Web Tool Launched to Measure and Increase People’s Community Inclusion
A new, updated audit tool called the ‘Inclusion Web’ has been launched by the National Development Team for Inclusion.
The Inclusion Web uses simple graphics and visual techniques to help people (and staff supporting them) look at the people and places in their lives, how these are changing and the impact of the services and support they are provided with.
