Office for Disability Issues South East Regional Initiative

This two year programme (2008-2010) encompasses change management support to three local authorities in the South East and qualitative research to track the experiences and aspirations of a cohort of older people in each of these 3 areas. A dedicated website on independent living and older people has recently been established by the Centre for Policy on Ageing to capture this learning and emerging evidence about “what works”.
