	Payment by results and personalisation in mental health services With the NHS developing mental health ‘care clusters’ in response to the shift to payment by results, and the Government also demanding the implementation of personalisation, there is a real danger that these two policies are not ‘talking to one another’ and the mental health PbR systems will be developed in a way that runs counter to the aspirations of PbR. NDTi have produced a discussion document to help promote debate about how to avoid this happening and we would welcome your thoughts and contributions.
